TERMS & CODITIONS 1. Any Indian citizen between 18 to 70 years of age having contractual capacity is eligible to become a Distributor of our Company. 2. Application for product Purchasing/Booking and Distributorship should be made in prescribed Application Form only. 3. After acceptance of application by Company, Applicant shall become “Distributor” for the purpose of selling in Company’s product. 4. Delivery of the product may be delayed for unavailable circumstances but it will be delivered to the Distributor as earlier as possible. 5. The Distributor will check the product kit immediately on product delivery and ensure its correctness. No complaint will be entertained later on. 6. Distributor ID will be issued by Head Office only. 7. Registration & Booking Amount of the product shall not be refunded under any circumstances. 8. All act of Distributor should be consistent with Company’s framed “Business Plan” . The Company shall not be responsible to any party for any miss-statement, information, assurance of any other act or deed of the Distributor. The Distributor shall be liable for all consequences caused due to his unauthorized act or deed. 9. All Distributors who promote the product of the company are eligible to receive commission & gifts as per the Business Plan of company as depicted on Company’s Brochure. 10. All taxes under the rules of Govt. will be born by the Distributor only. 11. Distributor is not an Employee/ Legal Representative or Partner of the Company and shall not claim or hold employer and employees relationship. 12. The Commission & Gifts as per the Business Plan of Company shall be paid through after deduction of TDS and other Taxes as per the Rate & Rules of the Govt. 13. The Company holds the right to accept or reject any Application without assigning any reason or notice to the Applicant .If application contains false, incomplete or misleading information that shall be rejected at any time. 14. No change in the Applicant Name and Introducer ID /Name will be allowed after registration for any reason . No claim with respect to the change of wrong Introducer ID put by the applicant will be entertained by the company. In case contradiction between Introducer ID & Introducer Name filled by the Distributor Introducer ID shall be final & binding. 15. Cost of product may be increase or decrease according to market situations. 16. Company is providing Accidental Insurance Policy to its Distributor free o cost as a welfare measure. No premium or subscription is charged for this coverage. 17. Insurance risk cover not starts from date of joining our company .Risk coverage in Accidental Insurance Policy starts from date of issuing insurance policy by Insurance Company . ShyamShri InfoNet Pvt. Ltd. Will not be liable to pay the insurance claim or compensation whatsoever. 18. All commission & gifts or any sum as part of performance Bonus/ Incentive/ Commission/ Profit Share what so ever under the Business Plan of our Company are payable only as long as the business is in operation. 19. The Company may terminate the distributorship without prior notice on the following grounds among others: a. If a Distributor acts against the interest of the Company. b. If a Distributor violets any of the Terms & Conditions agreed upon at the time of registration and thereafter as and when amended or altered by the Company. c. If any information or statement submitted to the Company at the time of registration and thereafter is found to be false. d. If a Distributor is found guilty o fraud, misrepresentation ,cheating or any other offence punishable under any law of land e. On termination of distributorship, all rights of distributorship including commission & benefits (if any) in whatsoever form will seize to exist. 20. In case of death or loss of contractual capacity of the distributor, nominee or legal heir shall become the Distributor of the Company and he/her shall also abide by all rules, regulations etc. in the same manner as original Applicant were to abide. 21. ShyamShri InfoNet Pvt. Ltd. Reserve the right to make any amendment or alteration as deemed necessary at any time in the Terms & Conditions, pricing and Business Plan .New changes shall be binding on all Distributors. 22.All Disputes shall be subject to Madanganj Kishangarh (Raj) Jurisdiction .
